BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Science, Data Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Intermediate Excel (data pulls and calculations) and advanced English
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and an ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics or Consulting

The Production Planning Team ensures Amazon's Fulfillment Centers (FCs) have robust and cost optimal labor plans while constantly innovating in a number of areas aimed at improving our customers' experience.
This person will work with stakeholders and data sources to recommend on-going hourly staffing plans and shift structures in all of our Latin-American Fulfillment Centers.
We are looking for a passionate, analytical and technical person who will relentlessly dive deep, improving the accuracy and efficiency of the planning process.
Key job responsibilities
- Working with FC and regional leadership teams to complete weekly capacity plans.
Your work will guide FCs through capacity planning decisions and staffing solutions for hundreds of associates.
- Build the foundation and implement an innovative model for centralized labor planning across Latin America.
- Deliver action plans for senior managers and directors, while being a trusted partner to these network leaders.
- Leverage central teams (i.e.
Sales & Operations, Central Flow, Process Engineering) to drive process and operations execution improvements.
- Use data and bias for action to work through ambiguity and deliver results.
- Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects to Think Big and innovate on behalf of our customer.
- 3 years' experience in positions that require analysis and influencing stakeholders from data interpretation.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e.
SQL, QuickSight, Excel VBA)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills and an ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems
- Strong analytical and dive deep skills to execute high-level network decisions that have an impact at a big scale.
- Proven expertise managing, evaluating, and quickly analyzing to create meaningful business impact.
