**Funciones del Puesto**:

- Planning and controlling work on the shop floor.
- Determine and assure quality standards.
- Preparation and controlling machines and tools.
- Supervising work in the shop.
- Training and instruction of workers.
- Control and follow-up used production times of closed working steps and orders.
- Manage of human and material resources.
- Support validation processes.
- Controlling of production results.
- Correction of deviations.
- Responsible for shop floor and of operational safety, safety and health in the workplace, environment protection in the plant and operational hours.

**Requisitos del Puesto**:

- Minimum Specialization's Degree in Industrial Engineering or appropriate level preferable.
- Related Technical education required.
- Training in metal working or comparable processes.
- Spanish and English language.

**Experiência Deseada**:

- 3 years or more in similar positions.
- Experience in productive process and machine validation.
- Experience in personnel management.
