- Experienced in client facing roles handling accounts or campaigns.

The Global Production Studio (GPS) at Prime Video is an operationally-driven team of designers, producers, QA specialists and operations managers responsible for creating and delivering high volumes of digital assets.
GPS is seeking a Production Design Manager (L4) to lead a group of Production Designers who create digital assets while collaborating with internal global stakeholders and external agents to provide operational support while delivering high quality assets.

You will lead with example and will be responsible to build, coach and mentor high-class design teams for developing best-in-class consumer experiences in a fast-paced, agile, dynamic multinational environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of Production Designers, who perform medium to high-complexity, cohesive, and innovative design deliverables that are customer-focused, simple and intuitive with deep dive skills.
Customer experience is always at the forefront.
- Manage day-to-day operations: Direct manager of a team of designers, support on resource planning, staffing, quality control, and reporting.
- Oversee the hiring & training: manage new team members onboarding and support overall team development.
- Define, recognize and develop talent and create an inspiring creative work environment and culture.
Actively brings out the best in designers, developing both designers and team dynamics.
- Introduce, develop, and ensure best design practices, processes and communicate quality expectations organizationally.
- Operational efficiency: Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a regular basis.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.
- Inspire, encourage team to innovate, automate and build efficiencies in delivery, quality and raising the creative bar by developing effective brand experiences.
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
- Demonstrated ability to hire and develop employees.
- Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo).
- Ability to do research to keep in touch with the details of the business or the technology.
- Expects and requires innovation of her/his team - Strong results orientation.
-Ability to collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, cohesive deliverables through the entire design process.
- Experienced in Photoshop Artboards and other Creative Suite tools.
- Thorough knowledge of design practices, tools, and standards.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-driven and able to closely track and prioritize work efforts.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment.
