**Job Title**: Production Coordinator
** Location**: San Jose, CA 95125, open for San Francisco, CA as well. (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

**Pay Rate**: $30 - $37.00/Hour
The Production Coordinator will be a member of the Communications Content Studio reporting to the Managing Producer. They will be responsible for running end-to-end production and project management for small-scale content creation (i.e. video, design, photography). The Production Coordinator will support the Creative Producer and Content Studio team on larger productions by building creative briefs, overseeing production timelines, managing stakeholder approvals and championing the creative vision through final delivery.
**Who will you work with?**
As part of the Content Studio Team alongside other producers, designers, editors and animators, you will monitor each stage of the production process, working with the Creative Producer to ensure a smooth production. The individual in this role will be highly collaborative, teaming up with partners across the wider Communications Content Studio, Global Communications team and stakeholders across the organization. The Production Coordinator will also work on various projects with creative agencies and freelancers.
**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Creative Producer, the Production Coordinator will service the Content Studio team across the lifespan of multiple video, organizational and design projects simultaneously.
- Write creative briefs for various videos and series publishing on our owned internal and external channels.
- Build and oversee production timelines.
- Manage stakeholder approvals and creative feedback. Loop in appropriate senior team members for feedback and sign-off as needed. Anticipate needs, timelines, and delays, and formulate solutions when problems arise.
- Manage and maintain day-to-day internal production calendars and other documentation.
- Develop an understanding of brand guidelines and maintain quality control standards.
- Shoot, manage and light productions—scripted, non scripted and live as needed.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in communications, design, film or related fields.
- 2-4 years in fields directly related to production and creative project management.
- Desire to pursue a career in production, video or design.
- An effective verbal and written communicator.
- Highly organized, process oriented and project-management driven.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced production environment.
- Energized, creative, proactive and enthusiastic — willing to take initiative with confidence, detailed follow through.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Expertise in incorporating strategic thinking into your creative approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success collaborating and influencing diverse business partners in a highly matrixed organization.
- Photography or editing experience is not necessary, but valued.
