The occupant of this position will be responsible for maintaining what is necessary to comply with the Quality certification, supervision of the inspectors. The occupant of this position will have the responsibility of coordinating the control and quality assurance of all packaging material processes and products carried out in the plant as well as being the representative of Quality Management management. 1.Main Activities of the position. 1) Attend and follow up on everything related to customer service issues. Training on customer service topics Training on customer service topics 2) Ensure that packaging materials meet the standards required by the companies and lead packaging improvement projects to achieve them. Training on packaging material issues 3) Supervise the work of quality inspectors, being a support and guide in management. Training on inspection topics Training on inspection topics 4) Coordinate the process and control of what is required to maintain the ISO 9001 Quality certification. Training on quality management topics Training on quality management topics 5) Development of procedures for good quality management in Production. 6) Lead continuous improvement processes to guarantee the quality of production processes based on the need detected by inspectors, clients and suppliers. 7)Lead supplier audit processes. 8-Coordination of activities and procedures related to the Audit before the certified entity. 9-Ensure, together with the regulatory area, the availability in a timely manner of the latest version of labels and pamphlets. 10-Coordinate the execution of the activities required to keep the Quality Management System in operation. 11) Any other function that is analogous to your job
