Job Summary:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enters and retrieves complaint data as defined in applicable corporate or site procedures or as directed.
- Creates compliant record(s) and as defined in the procedures.
- Identifies and investigates solutions to procedure and process related issues.
- Documents and maintains records in accordance with corporate and site specific procedures.
- Monitors appropriate metrics to measure key perfomane indicators of the compliant unit.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Good written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to consistently meet high standards of input accuracy, produce qualify documents, compile data, and perform simple analyses with accuracy.
- Good decision making skills and proven ability in balancing priorities among the many ongoing tasks,and being responsive to ciritcal situations, as this position has a high volumn of work, regulatory mandated times limits, and often changing priorities.
- Proven ability to work in a team setting.
Abilty to work closely with others.
- Ability to manage ongoing multiple tasks, be responsive to critical situations and changing priorities.
Education/Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' of experience in technical writing, regulatory compliance, report generation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
