**Job Description**:
You should be comfortable and excited to collaborate with a broad array of internal stakeholders including other members of our world-class Product team, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Fulfillment, and our Executive Team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Actively provide strong product and market support to Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to help drive revenue growth in the North American market
- Support product enhancements and go-to market plans to drive market input into creation and on-going development of product enhancements or new products and services.
- Support the development and planning of product strategies, including go to market activities and product development roadmaps by using a product management and marketing methodology
- Support sales engagements by providing product demonstrations and participating in sales presentations when needed
- Provide support to Product team and drive product messaging and positioning
- Develop sales training and client facing materials based on how Experian can solve client issues and market challenges
- Consult on and design compliant solutions that meet clients' needs and work with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery
- Aid in presenting proposed solutions that deviate from business policy to risk committee.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to assess risk, develop controls, and present requests to executive stakeholders for approval
- Support Product team to manage and improve business operational procedures working with product managers and other internal stakeholders
- Manage and maintain external and internal facing marketing product documentation
- Ensure product libraries are current relative to product collateral
- Support Product team to research billing/invoice requests and revenue tracking monthly
- Manage implementation of custom Text for Credit solutions. Write user stories, lead grooming/scrum meetings with development team, analyze product deficiencies, work with design team on UX/UI, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of experience in product management or product development in B2B (business to business) or B2C (business to consumer) products or companies
- Solid understanding of Financial Services industry (credit experience is preferred)
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to interface with business, analytics, operations, systems and marketing personnel
- High sense of urgency and ability to work well in and navigate a matrix environment
- Experience managing projects and multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Resourceful and creative thinker
- Strong skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Word required; experience with Vizio and Salesforce a plus.
- A bachelor's degree required
