Product Owner

**Title: Product Owner**

**Location: Costa Rica**

**Duration: 12 Months**
- Engage with client stakeholders and business line customers for product planning;
- Communicate skilfully with client and business stakeholders with authority and industry thought leadership;
- Review and authorize acceptance of items into product backlog;
- Review stories and story point estimates and approve the estimates;
- Define user story acceptance criteria which detail the conditions that a software product must satisfy to be accepted by the Client Program Manager, stakeholder, end-user, or in the case of system level functionality, the consuming system;
- Participate and authorize backlog prioritization, provide inputs for Demand Management;
- Participate in sprint planning meetings;
- Participate in daily stand-ups and other agile meetups;
- Participate in product demo, provide feedback, and approve acceptance of the product; and
- Participate in sprint retrospective, take the velocity and capacity observations and feedback inputs for prioritization and sprint planning for next cycle.

**Must have skills**
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe
- Well experienced in Jira
