Smartsheet templates and template sets help customers jump-start new projects and processes with pre-built sets of sheets, reports, dashboards, and forms that can be tailored to their use case.
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the Core Capabilities Product Marketing team and support this area by helping to curate, develop, and manage our growing collection of templates.
As a product marketer on the Core Capabilities team, you will effectively position templates with a goal of increasing user engagement, retention, conversion, and accelerating the time to value for new and existing Smartsheet users.

You will report to the Sr.
Manager of product marketing based in the US.
**You will**:
- Manage templates throughout their lifecycle.
Create, update, deprecate, and publish templates across supported languages and Smartsheet instances as needed.
- Identify opportunities for new templates
- Contribute to the overall messaging and positioning for Templates and the Template Gallery
- Develop concise, value-driven marketing collateral for new and existing Templates
- Monitor the roadmap and own Template customer and marketing release dates
- Work cross-functionally with campaign, community, social, PR, AR, and other customer-facing teams at Smartsheet to execute go to market activities for templates
- Document observations or trends in the market
- Collect and respond to feedback
- Measure the impact of Templates as measured by our key performance metrics
**You have**:
- 2+ years experience in product marketing.
- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Passion for the customer and their experience with Smartsheet.
Familiarity with Smartsheet platform a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience developing and deploying marketing content and campaigns
- High attention to detail and impeccable organization skills
- Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, product management, UI/UX, and engineering
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively
- Strong attention to detail and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
