Support the actions of marketing and/or be part of the Brand Team thatdesigns the strategic plan of Marketing
- Support to achieve the sales target by delivering strategies and managing products according to the product life cycle. -Support budget planning process for responsible product -Implement, review and ensure the product plans are in line with SOP of marketing -Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly -Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products -Training and build up of strong Field Force team to deliver key messages -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable )

**Minimum requirements**
Operations Management and Execution Project Management Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry English NA
Bachelor degree in pharmacy, business administration, marketing, industrial engineer. Experience in Commercial as field force rep (mandatory) Marketing, Digital (optional). Bilingual English (mandatory)
