Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled, results-driven Product Manager. You will work with cross-functional teams to grow IBM's Integration portfolio with differentiated and competitive products. In this role you are an energetic self-starter and creative problem solver.

Responsibilities:Define and lead the product roadmap with a focus on improving and expanding capabilities to meet current and future customer needs.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy.
Identify, prioritize, write, and maintain product requirements that clearly define features, functionality, and metrics for success.
Lead Agile practices to progress committed plans from design through delivery.
Plan, package, and launch capabilities into the market to drive towards strategic goals.
Work directly with customers and business partners to promote product capabilities, understand pain points, discuss enhancement requests, and engage various disciplines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with other product managers and members of cross-functional teams including Design, Development, Support, Sales, Services and Business Partners.
