**Job Title**: Product Industrialization Engineer

**Product Industrialization Engineer**

Leads the development and release of Manufacturing processes, tools and equipment for NPI projects, both outsourced and in-house. Can also lead Manufacturing process development activities in Advanced Development projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Part of initial phase of manufacturing technology development projects
- Executes Manufacturing technology development projects
- Implements new technologies in factories
- Initiates and executes major productivity improvement projects linked to Manufacturing processes and equipment
- Provides expert support to problem solving related to Manufacturing processes and Equipment
- Initiates and leads Manufacturing technology mentoring
- Develop tactical / strategic improvement opportunities and best-practices for BG
- Business processes (expert)
- Lead cross functional team for project execution.
- Focus his priorities and help other based on business requirements.
- Work as a mentor for his teammates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in engineering field
- Advance English skills written and spoken.
- 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing process sustaining.
- Proven knowledge on Quality - Regulatory tasks such as NCRs, CAPAS, Audits.
- Administrative Shift

**Preferences**

Master degree in engineering - administration field
