As a Product Fulfillment Intermediate agent, you will be responsible for complying with the consumer's requests to deliver quality output and assure on-time project completion and superior customer service.He/she will work in a collaborative team environment to achieve these results.
Some of the objectives of this new role are to deliver Back Office duties and also inbound and outbound calls.
It requires minimum supervision and high analytical decisions are taken.
What you'll do
- Comply with metrics and overall performance expectations
- Identify consumer needs via a thorough analysis of the consumers' credit file
- Properly document follow-up actions for partner departments' best resolution
**What experience you need**:
- Fluent French language skills both written and spoken (B2)
- 6 months of knowledge of G-suite programs (Sheets, Docs,Slides, etc)
**What could set you apart**:
- English ( B1or B1+ level)
- Experience related to Support Areas (SME, Floor Support, etc)
- Actively studying any of the following as an associate's degree or as a major: French, Business Management, Project Management, Law, Industrial Engineering
- Certified in any process improvement methodology or proven experience in such a field
