Customer Support Representative
- Agents will be responsible for complying with the consumer's requests to deliver quality output, assure on time project completion and superior customer service.He/she will work in a collaborative team environment to achieve these results.
Some of the objectives of this new role are to deliver Back Office duties and also inbound and outbound calls.
It requires minimum supervision and high analytical decisions taken.
**What you'll do**:

- Comply with metrics and overall performance expectations
- Identify consumer needs via thorough analysis of the consumers' credit file
- Properly document follow-up actions for partner departments best resolution
- Initiate and resolve all researches needed to provide the most precise information to the consumer in the back office workframe
- Maintain complete and accurate client and project information

**What experience you need**:

- Fluent English language skills both written and spoken (B2+ or C1).
**What could set you apart**:

- Certified in any process improvement methodology or proven experience in such field
- Call center experience (6 months as a minimum)
