We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a TLO CR First Line Manager (FLM), overseeing a group of engineers dedicated to debug system failures and customer returns in the Forest Family of products.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for debug system failures and customer returns.
Develop and implement strategies and methods to address test hole resolution and ensure high-quality products.
Set priorities and allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines.
Engage in stakeholder management to ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Drive a results-oriented culture within the team, delivering high-quality solutions with mínimal guidance.
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, computer engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a lead and/or managing teams, with a focus on delivering results.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in Data Science, AI, and machine learning.
Demonstrated expertise in developing tests and screens for product quality assurance.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
