**Job Description**:
This position is part of our Consumer Business Group > Content Readiness Team, ensuring people, process, tools, and data are enabled to keep up with always changing retailer data requirements.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Auditing and troubleshooting Global Data Sync Network (GDSN) information to ensure accuracy at the sellable GTIN-level.
- Managing Buy Now availability and accuracy on 3M brand sites.
- Managing new product introduction digitization.
- Governing global product taxonomy best practices.
Skills and Experienced Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.
- A keen eye for recognizing errors and discrepancies others might miss.
- Ability to think critically and manage multiple deadlines independently.
- Detail oriented.
- Outstanding organizational skills & passion for accuracy—every data detail matters.
- Communication skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.
- English Level: B2+/C1.
- Advance Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Formulas)
- 2+ years of experience in document management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with eCommerce or eMerchandising experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salsify, Syndigo, GS1.
