**Job Description**:This position is part of our Consumer Business Group > Content Readiness Team, ensuring people, process, tools, and data are enabled to keep up with always changing retailer data requirements.Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Auditing and troubleshooting Global Data Sync Network (GDSN) information to ensure accuracy at the sellable GTIN-level.- Managing Buy Now availability and accuracy on 3M brand sites.- Managing new product introduction digitization.- Governing global product taxonomy best practices.Skills and Experienced Required:- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.- A keen eye for recognizing errors and discrepancies others might miss.- Ability to think critically and manage multiple deadlines independently.- Detail oriented.- Outstanding organizational skills & passion for accuracy—every data detail matters.- Communication skills.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.- English Level: B2+/C1.- Advance Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Formulas)- 2+ years of experience in document management.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with eCommerce or eMerchandising experience is a plus.- Familiarity with Salsify, Syndigo, GS1.Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
