Join our global TUI Musement Team in Costa Rica as a Product & Contracting Executive.
To ensure that TUI can put day after day a smile on the faces of its guests, your mission will be to ensure that the supplier's contracting process run smoothly by optimally supporting to local contracting team.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Creation and maintenance of suppliers in local systems.
- Increase of product portfolio in our own B2C and B2B platform.
- Creation of contracts based on negotiation with suppliers.
- Assistance in the creation of itineraries based on our product portfolio and customer needs.
- Ensure the highest health & safety standards with suppliers.
- Quality control on negotiation with suppliers.
- Maintain communication and productive relationships with our suppliers.
- Identify product trends & help expand product portfolio.
- Supporting other TUI Musement areas, such as Commercial, Finance, Sales teams, by searching and providing quality information based on requests made.
- Acquire deep knowledge of the products & services (hotels, activities, transportation) we offer to our clients by participating in fam trips and on-site inspections.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Experienced in the tourism business with strong knowledge and understanding of the Specialist Business area (groups, roundtrips, fly & drive, open voucher, etc).
- Experience in a purchasing function (independent negotiation and conclusion of contracts).
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- High degree of teamwork and empathy combined with good communication skills.
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
- Creative, solution-oriented and forward-looking way of thinking.
- English level B1 (intermediate).
- Ability to drive change actively.
