**Job Description**:

We're now looking for a Training Coordinator who will be critical to drive this agenda forward within each Global Centre.
**The Training Coordinator will work with Business Leaders, HR, Talent and L&D, Training Lead in spearheading the following objectives**:
- Enable our talent with trainings on critical product, engineering and agile skills identified as part of Group HR Talent Management
- Increase proficiency and productivity through effective and impactful training program
- Improve completion rate of courses by our associates
- Reduce talent attrition rate on markers of L&D and Career Advancement as cited factors
- Assure consistency and quality on the training program within the Global Centre
- Scale and sustain the training program within the Global Centre
- Create university partnership ecosystem to support our engineering needs, advance early careers, and determine 'bench' feasibility
**What you'll be supporting**:
- Identify training needs by role, level and skills needed within Product and Engineering
- Create learning journeys for teams and individuals within the Global Centre
- Develop standardized product, engineering, and agile training curriculum
- Design standardized assessments to measure proficiency
- Create the training OKRs/KPIs for the Global Centre
- Build university partnerships for intern, co-op programs and support with campus recruitment efforts
**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Manage all logistics including maintaining in-house training facilities, hardware and software and handling employee queries
- Leverage known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
- Design appropriate training methods (bite-sized learning, repetition, gamification, hackathon) to maximize effectiveness, engagement, and retention
- Lead communication and marketing campaigns to increase engagement and participation
- Develop a scalable approach for the training program within the Global Centre
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session
- Assess instructional effectiveness and report impact of training on employee skills and OKRs/KPIs within the Global Centre
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar roles
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Knowledge and implementation experience in instructional design
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems and web delivery tools (pluralsight, saba, etc)
**Key skills required**:
- Strong stakeholder management skills; including making information simple, accessible, and insightful for stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with people - an influencer, especially within a matrixed environment
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Learning Platforms, PowerBI
**Credentials**
- Undergraduate degree; ideally an advanced degree
- Relevant training and certification in field of Education, Training, Instructional Design, HR or related field
