**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:Be a part of a large-scale enterprise transformation at BCG!BCG is on a multiyear journey to replace our current ERP system with SAP S4 Hana on the cloud. Our team is a key part of this transformational program, focusing on building a Finance Enterprise Data warehouse to enable the next generation of reporting for BCG. Part of an overall Business Intelligence and Analytics function, this team is focused on change and incorporating it into our current suite of products or building new products!The Product Analyst role will be an integral part of an Agile team focused on delivering best in class business intelligence. This role will be responsible for helping to define, build and implement new analytic and reporting use cases in support of our firms transition to a new ERP system. Focusing on providing reporting on new capabilities provided by the ERP system, as well as revamping and enhancing our existing reporting capabilities on a new data model. An exciting, fast paced role, that will play a part in setting the financial reporting foundation for BCG for the future**Responsibilities would include**:- Determining reporting requirements for business, with focus on the reporting requirements needed to support senior management decision making across the firm with a focus on Tableau based dashboards- Working with key finance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements- Defining the form, content, and capabilities provided in our BI solution- Identify key changes and impacts to our existing reporting capabilities and products- Understanding multiple data sources and putting together practical and viable data model for the analytics reports being prepared- Contributing to the development of comprehensive implementation plans along with delivering the output as defined in each project's goals and objectives- Assessing the gaps between the prioritized requirements and the current reporting capabilities. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to scheduled conclusion Familiarity or willingness to work on Agile methodology will be a plus**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting, Information Systems, or Economics- 2-4+ years of finance and reporting relevant experience; less experience considered for exceptional performers- Sound analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent communication skills; written and oral- Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organization- Strong experience with enterprise software and business intelligence solutions (Tableau & Business Objects required) Experience in reading SQL and other coding languages a plus**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:As a member of the Business Intelligence & Analysis Team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally. This includes, but is not limited to Local, Regional, Global, and Practice Area Finance teams. As well, as part of the overall Business Intelligence and Analysis team coordinating and working with our other core BIA squads will play a large part in this role
