- About the role:
- Creation of the shopping carts for the Costa Rica office.
- Local purchasing with local vendors and request gift cards from the L.L.
Bean main page.
- Coordinate courier and office deliveries.
- Request for new suppliers according to the needs of the company.
- Efficient management of suppliers to achieve improvements in negotiations.
- Invoice tracking until final payment to the supplier.
- Corporate and travel cellphone process control.
- Notification and follow-up of contract expirations to inform each owner of the contract process.
- Purchase and delivery of recognition products.
- Review, control, and purchase of Office Supplies list.
- About the role:
- Student of Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Advanced English level - C1
- Attention to detail and very organized.
