**What will you do?**
- Develop and maintain procurement data definitions and standards to ensure consistent and accurate data across the organization.
- Conduct data analysis to identify data quality issues and support data cleansing initiatives to improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other business teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data governance policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to Procurement and other business teams to ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Drive improvements in procurement analytics by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Provide input to the development of procurement data architecture, ensuring data governance requirements are incorporated into the design.
- Participate in procurement data governance forums to share best practices and collaborate on data governance initiatives.
- Drive adoption of analytics and data governance tools through development of training programs and materials
**How will you get here?**
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, Data Science, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 4-6 years proven experience in Procurement or Supply Chain analytics, procurement principles and strategy, and/or data management
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Strong understanding of procurement data domains, such as spend, category, supplier, and material related information
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and address data quality issues.
- Experience in project management, including developing project plans, managing project timelines, and reporting progress to stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work both collaboratively and independently as needed
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and data governance tools such as Alation, is a plus
- Experience with data governance frameworks such as DAMA or DGPO is a plus.
