The Manager, Procurement Analytics will discern both tactical and strategic insights from Stryker's complex data ecosystem and provide holistic insights and recommendations to the supported business functions with highly engaging dashboards and reporting. This role will also have responsibility over procurement systems administration (Ariba procure to pay procurement processes). It will lead a team of analysts responsible for creating analytics dashboards/reports, support data stewardship and tools/systems administration. This role will set clear direction, build organizational capability, inspire others, and deliver impactful results.
The Manager, Procurement Analytics role will provide insights to the Procurement Systems & Analytics roadmap, will lead execution, and will lead the analytics network on the development and adoption of analytical tools and dashboards for the Procurement organization. This includes the harmonization and sustaining of reporting governance and self-services reporting capabilities. Will work closely with the Procurement Divisional, Category, Finance and Purchasing functions to identify opportunities to develop data models and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions. It will be the primary point of contact for the Ariba P2P & analytics function performance and provide consultation and reporting leading to data-driven insights. This role and its team will develop training content and materials, leading training sessions, answer questions on how to effectively use the available tools and monitor usage of the various analytics tools to measure overall value and identify opportunities.

**What you will do**:
- Assist in the development of systems & analytics roadmap and execution.
- Act as the primary business owner and contact for respective business unit clients.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance and IT functions to drive increased data literacy and adoption of data-driven insights.
- Develop and deliver training and consultations on how to use data and insights to drive decisions.
- Provide data-driven tactical & strategic guidance to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering and Procurement functional teams to develop new analytics tools & insights.
- Consult and gather client business requirements, ensuring key objectives are identified.
- Maintain thorough documentation of internal processes/procedures and projects.
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights/recommendations to improve overall performance.
- Communicate insights through compelling visualizations and storytelling.
- Investigate reporting issues from supported business unit and provide technical expertise to resolve and follow-up in a timely manner.
- Monitor use of reports and dashboards to gage value and increase use across supported business unit.
Work efficiently with large data sets to derive insights.
**What you need**:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 7+ years of work experience related to data analytics activities.
- Proven thought-leadership in effectively interpreting and communicating analytical content.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and business intelligence and analytics platforms (SAP, Ariba, Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated database query skills.
- Knowledge of database management.
- Fully Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
