Management reporting on all AP/T&E activities.- Maintain the integrity of AP ledgers. Ensure that SAP AP and T&E reports are reconciled to ledger balances and all designated accounts (as assigned by the General Ledger team) are under control and movements explained.- Play an active role in ensuring that GBS is aligned with Global GBS strategy.- Participate in strategic planning together with the Head of Accounting, Business Optimization Team to develop strategic and operational plans and goals for the teams.- Monitor and lead operational performance in line with set KPIs.- Ensure a controlled environment for the AP/T&E/Banking Ops Team to prevent any potential erroneous or deliberate misdirection of funds.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Are you proficient in the English Language?- Do you have clear understanding and experience working with the GBS Finance areas?- Are you a self-motivated individual who works at high professional standards and with strong focus on internal customer service levels to the role?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in the role or related positions- Proficient English (spoken and written), business level;- Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs- Essential SAP knowledge- Qualified professional with experience and a strong base in financial accounting.- Individual with a strong understanding of the collaboration with other departments and how their work impacts on the sub ledgers.
