The Processing-Deposits Team plays a crucial role in facilitating efficient transactions and ensuring the security of deposits across various online platforms. As a Processing-Deposits Agent, you will manage deposit processing, verify transaction details, and address customer inquiries promptly. The role requires a keen attention to detail, effective decision-making abilities, and the capacity to manage workload efficiently in accordance with strict SLAs.

Objectives of this Role:
Process deposits efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.

Verify transaction details, member account information, and payment transactions.

Monitor and investigate any irregularities in deposits, taking corrective action as needed.

Address customer inquiries related to deposits promptly and professionally.

Perform administrative tasks related to deposit processing and documentation.

Scrutinize financial transactions in accordance with our KYC and AML policy.

Manage chargeback administration and case management.

**Requirements**:
English Prophecy B2+ (85%)Arithmetic Proficiency

French language proficiency is a plus.

Strong written and oral communication skills (required)

Proactive/Team PlayerComputer Skills (MS Office/Search Engines), especially Excel.

HS Diploma (GED Equivalent)

1 year of customer services experience in the online industry, ideally within a payments or security role (preferred).

Willingness to work on-site.

Schedule flexibility (able to work on weekends)
