A successful Processing Analyst Trainer is an experienced professional on consumer credit batch projects involving prescreen, account review, and archive products and processes.
This individual will help to onboard, train and mentor new Processing Analysts (PAs) as well as serve as a mentor/SME for senior PAs and PA management.
To be successful, this individual must establish, build, and leverage partnerships across multiple business units to configure innovative solutions and promote internal synergy.
**Expected tasks**:
- Create, maintain and facilitate training for Processing Analysts.
- Serve as a point of contact for documentation requirements.
- Assists with new product/process implementation.
- Assists with department's efficiencies and migrations.
- Produce multimedia training material, such as written guides, videos, training activities, games, etc.
- Facilitates and maintains knowledge platforms by using software like: Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Camtasia or other video recorders, Audacity or other audio recorders, Snagit, Kahoot, etc.
- Assist with department quality initiatives.
- Stay on the cutting edge of new products and learning technology.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Processing Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience in programs like: Prescreen, Account Review, Archive, Portfolio Scoring, Credit Attributes, Batch Credit Processing, Model Validation.
- 2+ years of experience of client facing/consultation roles.
- Strong knowledge of US credit industry.
- Good understanding of FCRA laws, regulations, and related acts.
- Good knowledge of database management concepts and principles.
- Strong knowledge of PC office software and segmentation tools.
- Excellent understanding of logical operands to capture and translate requirements into logical statements.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in learning and developments roles - preferred.
