This analyst position is an intermediate level that will be part of the grassroots innovation and process improvement team working with accounting and financial processes. You will need to promote users to report their ideas to improve processes, support events that promote innovation and assess ideas using Lean tools to prepare business cases. You will be part of a dynamic, creative, and client-oriented business unit.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support campaigns to promote innovation in the organization
- Partner with champions in the organization to promote the program
- Assess and investigate the E2E of processes to provide an ideal "to-be". You will leverage Lean in your assessments
- Prepare written recommendations based on analysis and assessment of processes
- Other related activities could be assigned
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Effective and fluent communication in Spanish and English
- Able to influence and collaborate
- Fast learner, can pick up new content in a fast-paced environment
- Self-started / motivated and result oriented
- Team player, able to partner with complex stakeholders
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
