The Compliance Process Expert will assist in the continued development, implementation and enhancement of the Transportation Risk Compliance (TRC) program for all jurisdictions where Amazon and its subsidiaries operate.
Amazon's Transportation Risk & Compliance team identifies and mitigates risk in a rapidly growing and complex global environment.
To support the business, our primary mission is to perform independent and objective, risk-based assessments of Amazon business partners' activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations, compliance, risk management, and overall success of the program.
To that end, Amazon is seeking a Compliance Process Expert to support our process improvement efforts, communications and manage our stakeholders relationships.
Additionally, this role will work closely with Amazon Logistics and Transportation businesses to implement and enhance compliance and risk management tools and processes.
Which entails constant networking and connecting with third party service providers via phone-call and/or virtual meetings globally.
This is not a virtual position.
Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, if selected for this role, all necessary equipment will be sent for you to work from home.
However, once our company provides clearance, you will be required to continue working from our SJO16 building, located in the America Free Zone (AFZ), Cariari, Heredia.
