**Job Description**:
Process Excellence (PEX) Sr Analyst
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive standard and ad-hoc reports, conducting thorough data analysis to identify key insights and trends.
- Proactively seek opportunities to analyze data and provide data-driven conclusions for the assigned stream, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Take a lead role in executing process mining activities, utilizing available tools and techniques to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team on all Process Excellence related issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster close collaboration with the PEX GSC Leader, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Contribute to automation initiatives within the assigned stream, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide timely support to operations, actively participating in issue resolution and troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with Global and Area stakeholders, as required, to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful project execution.
- Work closely with SMEs and Operations leadership, leveraging their expertise to drive process excellence.
- Demonstrate a constant commitment to sustaining 3M's Ethical Principles in all daily work activities.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Education and experience:
- Strong experience in project management/ Scrum Master methodology will be an advantage.
- Strong experience working with ERP SAP (automations, macros).
- Experience in Business Analysis.
- 2 years of previous experience in Process Excellence will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify optimization opportunities in existing processes.
- Analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics.
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams towards change and improvement.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Ability to work independently on various tasks at the same time & prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, VBA, PowerQuery)
- Proficient in MS Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI)
- Basic project management/Scrum skills
- Ability to work on data quality and data management.
- Previous experience as APU will be an advantage.
- Collaboration in diverse environments
- Communication, presentation, and meetings management skills
- Ability to cope with complexity and uncertainty.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
