Responsibilities: Meet production standards, ensure product quality and process flow, and support the implementation of new manufacturing projects.
Provide support to production teams to meet daily commercial outcomes and expectations in one or more production areas.
Ensure standard production processes are maintained and safety, quality, and production volume requirements are met.
Analyze different systems to assess efficiency and compliance status of the production area and related areas.
Analyze leading indicators of the production line to ensure compliance with the scorecard and address improvements in a timely manner.
Think critically to improve production efficiency.
Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), non-conformance reports (NCR), and provide feedback for pFMEA activities.
Draft and review product documentation, including manufacturing work instructions, drawings, proposals, and technical reports.
Actively collaborate among the technical support, engineering, quality, production, and sales teams to ensure the success of new product introductions and technical transfer activities.
Requirements: Experience with process development and validation activities: PFMEAs, validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP, Scientific Molding, Design of Experiments (DOE), etc.
Technical degree in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 4 years of experience in similar positions or a combination of education and experience equivalent to 4 years.
Experience in designing components for plastic injection molding, metal forming/stamping, and electro-mechanical devices.
SolidWorks certification (Desirable).
Technical writing skills.
Visibility of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, vertical molding, wire extrusion, metal stamping, SMT, etc.
(Desirable).
Manufacturing experience (Desirable).
English B2+ (Must).
