Align is the industry leader and innovator in medical devices which focuses on revolutionizing the dental and orthodontic industry. Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for an **Ops Process Engineer**. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The **Ops Process Engineer** **should work collaboratively with the process owners and process participants across organization in analyzing and optimizing processes, proactively identifying needs for process standardization, regulatory compliance, direction, and areas for improvement. Provide expertise in analysis based on data driven decision making and metrics review to assess, prioritize and select improvement activities, linking with the treat operation and support teams. Leverage operational excellence methodologies to drive continuous process improvement, act as a change agent by collaborating with key stakeholders to drive quality culture and embed a continuous improvement mindset. Also responsible for maintaining a clear understanding of operational excellence and best practices and communicating across the organization. Perform structured assessments of all treat processes to identify and evaluate the most critical indicators, the effectiveness of current controls, and the selection of appropriate control measures to minimize risk and optimize process. Work in collaboration with the BI analysts, leading projects related to business intelligence. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. **In this role, you will**
- Facilitate team workshop to help teams understand statistical techniques, problem solving and data analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate or lead process improvement projects.
- Analyze data to identify root causes and/or contributor factors.
- Help treat ops team through problem solving activities.
- Constantly monitor the KPI results to identify patterns or atypical behaviors that can trigger an issue.
- Develop and evaluate metrics to measure process improvement outcomes and their alignment with strategic program objectives.
- Design reporting and perform analyses to drive effective process improvement, eliminate mistakes and provide quick fixes.
- Lead and/or collaborate in Quality Assurance related actions.
- Be an active project leader who provides expertise in problem solving techniques to evaluate the improvement of recommended strategies, programs, and/or projects.
- Provide project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on selected projects.
- Be able to demonstrate creative and innovative solutions.

**In this role, **you'll** need **

**Typically**:

- University Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree with 0-12 months of experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Problem solving skills, thoroughness, attentive to detail and decision-making skills.
- To be a team player, strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- To participate, develop, test, and implement projects with a medium-high level of complexity that require low-supervision.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- To be process and results oriented.
- Good conflict management and critical thinking skills.
- To build good relationships with key business clients and supporting staff.
- Basic knowledge in databases.
- Good leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated competence in collecting and analyzing data and developing appropriate conclusions and recommendations.
- Overall business acumen with the ability to find the simplest, best path to solutions.
- Intermedia/Advance Excel skills.
- Power BI knowledge.
- Project management or Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Green belt/Black belt.
- Knowledge of SQL language is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of visual basic and C# is a plus.
