This position owns the design, implementation, and maintenance of the process to ensure operational excellence within all leadership layers of the supported organizations. Key tasks include but are not limited to, documentation of the process, training of new and existing leaders, monitoring compliance, and reporting to senior management.
**What you'll do**
- Prepare and execute scheduled compliance sessions including planning, preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up in accordance with accepted professional
- Review regularly the planning methodology & propose changes/ improvements according to current needs
- Develop & implement a compliance framework, including assigning internal controls and risk areas.
- Follow up with management on remedial action
- Prepare compliance & Executive Summary reports
- Assist with implementing compliance tools to improve internal efficiencies
- Create, revise, and document findings on internal policies and procedures
- Create, revise, and submit Compliance Charter and Plan to Management
- Deliver training for all new team members & existing employees
**What experience you need**
- University degree in Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of working experience as an Industrial Engineer
- 3+ years of working experience and understanding of process improvement techniques applicable to the service industry.
- English level both written and verbal (B2) (Belt) Proficient in Google Suite, especially in Google Sheets & recreating reports.
