We are looking for someone critical to control, administer and coordinate the automated processes within our Global Operations organization.
Your mission is to fully develop these processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) from research, testing, training, all the way through to post-rollout review and audit.
You will also work closely with a variety of partners including business process owners, subject matter experts, and technical stakeholders, as you take full responsibility for the monitoring, control and support of the automated processes.
The position will require to work every other weekend and will have a schedule of 2 to 9 pm.Role Responsibilities:Monitor automated work completed and allocate virtual machines (VMs) onto specific processes through the use of the Blue Prism Control RoomSee resources (VMs/Robots) available and allocate them to a specific automated processMonitor Blue Prism logs to provide information for debugging and troubleshooting when an event has terminated unexpectedlyMonitor Next in Queue items that are waiting to be picked up and worked by VMs/RobotsExtract and report out worked items completed volumes and identify exceptionsClassify and identify system and business exceptions, report out and communicate with proper responsible for troubleshooting and resolutionIdentify opportunities to improve and enhance the Virtual Workforce capacityLiaising with SMEs from the business to understand downstream or upstream volume that impact the processImplement process/operational changes that further increase the benefits of the automated processSchedule process automationRole Requirements: High School bachelor's degree, university degree or automation certifications are a plus.
Intermediate to Advanced English LevelUnrestricted work permit1+ years of experience with technical end-user support, solving business and technical problems.
Presentation skillsProven customer support experienceUnderstanding automation processes and/or experience with automation software (BluePrism, Power Apps, etc.)
is a plus.
