- A qualified Problem Manager - Intermediate that will partner with the Change Process Owner and other change managers to ensure teams are aligned with the global change process. This individual will play a key role in facilitating the request for change process to help meet business, compliance, schedule and operational efficiency objectives. Change Managers focus on the entire life cycle of a change including recommending modifications to business processes as needed. _

**What you'll do**:

- Work closely with the change requesters and assignees to ensure alignment with the Change Management process
- Assist in the review and approval of change requests
- Assist in leading the daily Enterprise Change Advisory Board meetings
- Manage and oversee the research and analysis efforts post incidents impacting Equifax systems and services, in efforts to assist in documenting permanent long term solutions in a timely fashion.
- Provide end-to-end outage and business communications. Provide appropriate reporting and drive improvement enterprise-wide.
- Will provide support from Monday to Friday from 8-5pm

**What experience you need**:

- Minimum of 2 years of **IT experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in **ITIL or ITSM**
- Minimum of 2 years of **ServiceNow experience**
- English proficiency B2+
