Job description:

- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer-facing issues.
- Feeling comfortable leading onboarding calls with customers and partners.
- Taking ownership of reported customer issues and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Be able to perform remote troubleshooting, read and understand logs.
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, as a technical engineer or as an onboarding project manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills / Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering related degree.
- Must have at least fundamental knowledge of networking basics and topology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be strong communicator both written and verbally in English.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
