2+ year(s) of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service and/or back-office compliance-related environments.
- Work experience in content writing.
- Work experience in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
- B2+ English proficiency (Intermediate/advanced).

- This is not a virtual position. If selected for this role, you will be required to work from our SJO10 building, located in Calle Blancos, San José in a hybrid-model, attending three days to the office and two days from home.
- Our only production schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Night and "graveyard" shifts are not available at this time.

A day in the life
The 'day-to-day' aspect of this role will be to write documents that log privacy risks and system parameters in accordance with customer and stakeholder input.
