About the Role: Plan, organize, lead and coordinate a global diverse team for all aspects related to Ariba's SAP PtP module: supplier enablement, catalog process, contract, system, troubleshooting and reporting. Your Responsibilities Include: Work with different service lines for SAP Ariba global support. Promotes a work environment of knowledge sharing, ownership, and compliance to controls and objectives. Proven influence skills to increase and improve SAP Ariba buying channels usage. Project Management and prioritization capabilities. Excellent communication with all levels of the organization. Work as a liaison for a group or team of global employees in the achievement of organizational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organization. May direct and control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements). What We're Looking For: BA/BS in technical or business area. Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, Projet Management. 5 + years of global P2P experience. Proven project management skills. Experience in using Ariba's SAP PtP module and the supplier enablement / catalog process, contract, troubleshooting and reporting. Leadership skills and ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast paced, environment. Presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to communicate and engage well with internal and external customers. Decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task. Ability to learn applicable computer systems and other business required competencies. Excellent follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in SOX and IT controls desirable.
