**Responsibilities**:
Lead NA Systems price recommendations by:
- Working with proposal engineers to understand scope of supply, costing, any previous offers or budgetaries, optional scope, and any technical risks
- Meeting with salespeople to understand customer's budget, competitive landscape, any similar purchases, and overall sales strategy
- Meeting with business development or other program managers to understand our business strategy and competitive price levels
- Understanding our current overall business strategy, and bid strategies for KOB1, KOB2 and KOB3 pricing
- Consolidating information into an overall price strategy that is supported by information from Proposals and Sales
- Prepare a written summary and submit to senior management (VP or President) consistent with DOA policy; respond to questions as needed in order to obtain approval
- For assigned regions, lead decision making process among multiple teams for complex / fleet pursuits: these are pursuits that contain multiple sites, and/or multiple projects within one offering including mix of competitive and non-competitive offers
- Track and analyze win/loss information for assigned pricing decisions; organize this information for future pricing decisions
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing discipline
- +5 years' of proposal or project experience (engineering / sales)
- Knowledge of Ovation product line
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- Effective negotiation Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Business analysis skills (Power BI or Tableau is a plus)
