**Job Description**:
We are looking for a new Finance Business Partner to support the Experian North America business.
Come join the Strategic Pricing and Analytics team and become part of the front line in driving the success of the North America business.
Our team is responsible for orchestrating process governance and a consistent methodology to pricing across our various sales channels, product suites and client segments, including financial analysis of revenue and portfolio.
Our team is committed to Sales empowerment, self-service, commercial creativity and speed of sale.
We engage directly with Sales, Commercial Management and Clients to construct and negotiate competitive and creative pricing deals to win business aligned to client success and financial objectives.
- This role will primarily represent the pricing organization in key strategic innovation solutions and new product launches, focused on financial analysis of revenue and commercial market analysis
- Analyze and interpret key financial and operational performance metrics that focus on deal dispositions, inter-company agreements and pricing strategy execution
- Strong partnership with other operational functions to solve issues and create efficiencies or new proposals
- Oversee the financial aspects with internal partners in the efforts to move pricing proposals from inception to negotiation to implementation
- Provide scenarios-based solutions for contract negotiations with quantitative analysis
- Assist in the financial analysis for pricing ideation, build out pricing frameworks and manage the iterative process for pricing calibration for steady state implementation
- Propose creative financial solutions to pricing proposal requests that would maximize revenues and ensure feasibility of the product / deal
- Actively participate in pricing negotiations, deal structure, and profitability models across Experian lines of business, and track inter-company revenue shares deal agreements.
- Manage and approve implementation of pricing requests
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related discipline.
(MBA / CPA considered as a plus)
- Strong business partnering skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness, preferably experience partnering with product and sales teams
- Strong ability to work in system details as well as summarize and explain large amounts of information for business decision making
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid quantitative analysis combined with qualitative research to establish new product pricing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Strong Excel skill required; Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE (Oracle BI), Hyperion Planning/Essbase and Smartview
- Familiarity with VBA/macros and Power BI reporting tools a plus
