- The Impact You'll Make in this Role
- As a Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Execution of the Annual Price Adjustment Process within the Business Groups-
- Sales District maintenance-
- Price governance: Ensure rules & guidelines are respected by regional business-
- Provide pricing analytics to assigned Business Groups to assist with decisions related to price adjustments (increases & deviations)-
- Pricing Plan Performance Tracking & Analytics-
- Lead Quarterly Pricing Process (QPP) within assigned Business Groups-
- Fulfill transactional pricing requests/tasks to resolve pricing errors-
- Ensure effective operational support and issue resolution- Your Skills and Expertise- Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.-
- Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills-
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests-
- Flexible and detail oriented-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.-
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Pricing, Marketing, Finance or related fields.-
- Advanced Excel-
- Intermediate to Advanced English level-
- Effective use of Reporting and Analytics/Power BI- Supporting Your Well-being
