**Job Description**:3M Is Hiring a Bilingual Pricing AnalystJob Duties (include but are not limited to):- Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing process- Deviated/ Standard Pricing maintenance- Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.- Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.- Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.- Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.- Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.- Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.- Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills- Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales and Marketers.Skills and Expertise:- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests.- Flexible and detail orientedIn this role you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this position.Minimum Qualifications:- Technical degree or higher from an accredited university or the equivalent experience in case of not having the degree.- Minimum of 1+years of combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service- 1+ years of experience with advance excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros and pivot tables, also ability to build conditional formulas.- 1+ years of experience with Power BI, Access and Automation tools.- Must be Fluent in English (B2+)Preferred Qualifications:- 2 years combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service.- Intermediate level of Portuguese will be a plus.Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
