- The Pricing Operations Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel in LATAM region.
- Individual Accountabilities (include but are not limited to):
- Responsible for supporting and reviewing operational & performance for Pricing Processes:
- Process Owner of the Pricing US Complaints Process for the Pricing Operations Team at the CR GSC.
- Communicate, collaborate and network with business stakeholders and other teams to reach business objectives.
- Worked to analyze, compile and review data reports and processes with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the data analysis.
- Participate in executing data analysis, improving automation enhancements and building Automatizations using scripting languages. Working with Software Tools: Excel, Macros, SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint.
- Identify and understand where data sets reside in order to extract, transform and analyze the information.
- Extract, transform, analyze required data and report or upload necessary data from source systems like SAP ERP, SharePoint, Dashboards.
- Worked to analyze, compile, organize and reconcile data between multiple systems using SAP, Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Provide support and maintain automated, user-friendly reports, dashboards for current and future business needs within the organization.
- Contribute to communicate, collaborate and network with other teams and functions to reach business objectives.
- Create, update and review Sales Orders (SOs) & Purchase Orders (POs) in line with the standard operation.
- Key Shared Accountabilities:
- Collaborates closely with pricing team members across business units to improve pricing efficiencies
- Works with the area team to provide feedback for area pricing tools as well as assists in any necessary tool improvement
- Collaborate with Areal Process Leads, sales teams, CDLs to ensure adequate execution of pricing strategies into the system.

- Demonstrated ability to bring customer needs to life
- Ability to manage difficult situations
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of combined experience in Pricing operations and Salesforce, Excel, SAP, CRMs and One Note.
- English level: B2+
- 2+ years of experience working on analytics, Knowledge in Power BI/Tableau,Vendavo and SharePoint is desired.
