We are currently seeking a Power BI developer to join our team in Heredia, Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica (CR).
**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:
- Check the status of GRS databases (Jobs, always On, Events, Memory, Disk Space) to report any error to engineering team.
- Complete Service Now tickets related to add, delete, or modify pairs of DRA (Disaster Recovery Advisor).
**Qualifications**
**Must have Skills**:
- 1-3 years of experience in SQL programming and data visualization skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Organize and manipulate data in spreadsheet and database software packages (Excel, Access, Spotfire, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).
- Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining
- Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports
- Significant hands-on experience in creating and deploying KPI, analytic, and dashboard solutions including design, development, deployment, data engineering, data warehousing, and data management projects and practices.
- Assists in preparing technical data for interpretation, conduct analyses and routine computer processing of the data, and help create final displays of the results, often for formal presentations.
- Able to summarize data and to assemble tables, digital graphics, and maps in PowerPoint presentations.
Able to create concise reports/dashboards and present on the findings to both management and the professional community.

**Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
