Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Program Controller for Biosense Webster Inc., located in Costa Rica.
Purpose The Program Controller will support the Pegasus Program, a multi-year effort to expand our CSS (Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions) capacity through products transfer to external manufacturers and building a new J&J facility in Costa Rica.
This role will work with the Program Director, sub program leaders and workstream leaders to implement agreed project planning, monitoring, and control processes to ensure that tracking and reporting is accurate and timely across the program.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for: * Implementing the agreed project planning, scheduling, management and controlling processes * Providing challenge to the project leaders (internal) and EMs (external) on content and approach of project plans * Reviewing and approving all project plans to ensure adherence to agreed formats and approach.
* Working with the workstream and program leaders to identify, resolve and report on issues, risks, and changes.
* Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress and trends of projects against the agreed metrics up through to the PMO * Identifying potential risks, interdependencies and issues at project and resource level and report to workstream leaders and the Program Manager * Creating detailed projects with the project leaders and ensuring that activities integrate at a project and workstream level.
* Integrating the projects and sub programs at a level agreed, crafting mid-level plans, milestone plans and base line the Master Schedule * Reporting tracking activities into designated PMO tool * Tracking of document approvals - Maintain reporting tools and ensure approvals happen as committed.
* Generating meeting minutes for the diverse groups as well as running reports / dashboards from the designated tracking tools.
Qualifications: Education: * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience and Skills: Required: * 6 MedTech and SC experience.
Product transfer experience is a plus.
* Ability to work with remote and multiple teams, communicate effectively, summarize, and prioritize activities.
* Project management - Timeline and milestone tracking, risk and issues management, stakeholder communication, KPI development and tracking * MS Project proficiency * Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish Skills Required: * MS Project proficiency * Ability to work with remote and multiple teams, communicate effectively, summarize, and prioritize activities * Influence stakeholders to deliver results from diverse locations and level.
