**Your Role and Responsibilities**
This specialty provides program office leadership and oversight for the assigned projects.
This specialty is responsible for coordinating the assigned projects, detailed integration aligned to the solutions and costs for customer and is accountable for the overall health of the integrated set of assigned projects, using a standard set of methodologies relating to budget, schedule scope, quality risk and communications management.
Planning and leading the resources in completing related activities with an emphasis on complex cross-tower interdependencies leveraging a standard set of methodologies, the Global Repeatable Model.
This role is an escalation point for the project managers working individual projects assigned to this specialty to execute the projects.
Supports the business partnership with client and ensuring high client satisfaction.
The Program Management Office (PMO) facilitates the Kyndryl's governance practices and is established in T&T Program to provide support to that program.
The PMO maintains the WWPMM standards and sound GTS T&T business practices that are necessary for Kyndryl to execute a T&T Program successfully.
They are responsible for making sure everyone within an organization or project is executing with the proper knowledge, resources, lessons learned, metrics, reporting procedures and skill sets.

3-5 years of experience Project Management

Itil v3 or v4
Agile Entry Level
Proficient English level
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.
Senior level MS Project
Proficient in Microsoft 365

Ability to drive collaboration across business and technical teams
Effective communicator at all levels
Problem-solving attitude to conflicting negotiation skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
CAPM / PMI Desired
Project Management certification or equivalent
Agile Project Management certification or equivalent experience
Scrum
