I2C Processes include Billing, Cash Application, Collections, Disputes and Credit. This role will be responsible for building program timelines, ensuring to gather relevant input from all parties to identify dependencies, critical milestones, risks and issues. The role indirectly impact Stryker cash flow, which is a strategic goal for all Divisions and Finance, key investment metric and key enable for proper working capital.The Sr Manager I2C GPO America will help to develop and lead the overall governance structure to ensure ongoing business alignment to program goals by working with extended project team to ensure timely project execution and delivery based on agreed financial targets.The role will initially focus on Invoice Cash initiatives for US Divisions and participate in driving best practices and process standardization across the entire America region.**Critical success factors**Builds organizational capability. Contribute to the creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structure Contribute to the detailed project Gantt chart. Own your teams (when assigned) program schedule Collaborate with I2C GPO and managers to devise program budget. Optimize, monitor and maintain I2C GPO's project costs within budget Implement quality management strategies and templates for projects and programs Implement risk management strategies and templates for projects and program enabling effective identification and monitoring of risk response plan Responsible for evaluating a range of programs and projects and other work within the portfolio with the goal of facilitating staffing, resolving resource allocation conflicts, and monitor staff utilization on the activities that will generate the highest business value aligned with the prioritization process.
