**_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Lead at a local level the Sales & Operations Planning process, including analyzing forecasts from demand planning that meet service level and operations objectives and working closely with Finance to determine impacts on site financials.
- Lead Product Availability meeting, hold operations accountable on performance and highlight any risks to product availability as well as align on site priorities.
- Production Plan attainment reporting and communication, including holding Operations accountable weekly to S&OP agreed upon production plans and notifying Accounting of variances to plan.
- Lead the process of setting and managing to appropriate inventory levels for all inventory categories.
Manage service level and DIOH (Days Inventory On Hand) goals.
- Lead long range modeling and input preparation ensuring alignment between New Products Introduction, support areas, and finance.
- Analyze demand statements in monthly basis, determine financial impact of volume changes and drive capacity analysis discussions and strategy.
- Lead inventory forecasting and overall inventory management process for the site.
- Manage new product introductions to achieve agreed upon launch dates with targeted launch inventory levels while developing and implementing plans that minimize phase out obsolescence.
- ERP strategy deployment including driving S&OP agreed upon plans thru Material Requirement Planning to Production for builds plans.
- Ensure standard work is implemented for all planning roles and key task documentation is in place.
- Responsible for appropriate staffing and training of planning team.
- Consolidate and prioritize site headcount, ensuring it aligns with volume changes and inventory strategies.
- Ensure production plans are aligned with inventory and demand movements to achieve product availability metrics for the site.
Manage change control to ensure frozen zones are respected and any deviations properly approved and impact assessed.
**_ QUALIFICATIONS_**
- ** Bachelor's Degree in **Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline**.

- ** Experience of minimum 4+ years in Planning related roles in manufacturing companies.

- ** Supervisory or leading people experience is a plus.

- ** Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) / Required**:
- ** Medical Device experience is desired.

- ** APICS or other Planning related certification is desired.
**:
- ** Experience with SAP preferred.
