**Reports to**:Senior P&R Manager
**Geographic Scope**: USA Region
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Lead, develop and sustain strong business partnering relationships for teams supporting the Commercial Planning & Analysis team for the USA
- Lead team supporting the management reporting of actual results and forecast, including insights and commentary and building financial models for business cases
- Identify business levers and recommendations that drive profitability and actuals supervising and develop business and operational metrics to provide key mentorship to the organization
- Develop robust analytics and reporting for the organization's finance statements and provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department improvement
- Communicate assumptions and sensitivities that may drive variability to leadership and work closely with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans
- Present and communicate to Leadership the forecasts, performance, and potential risks/opportunities of financial performance
- Collaborate with business partners, and influence commercial decisions and responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls
- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department improvement and lead special projects as needed Do you have Strong knowledge of finance / analytics?

- Are you Proficient in written and verbal English?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area
- Commercial acumen, capacity for innovation, Strong problem-solving skills and must be detail oriented
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to think strategically, assess risk, recommend solutions, and clearly articulate a recommendation
- Ability to collaborate optimally with Business Partners and influence commercial decisions and demonstrate critical thinking with strong influencing and leadership skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, ask relevant questions
- High sense of urgency, work ethic, flexibility, must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability and ability to challenge the status quo as vital
**BENEFICIAL**

- BPC system knowledge desirable
- SAP knowledge is a plus
