**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR A PLANNING & REPORTING FINANCE AANALYST**
**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management
**FUNCTION**: Finance
**LOCATION**:Costa Rica
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of the financial area.
**Reports to**:Line Manager
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Perform Expenses and Cash Flow analysis for current year and the next
- Provide reports of the performance of each Function
- Reporting Financial Statements
- Support function with the Cash Flow Forecasting
- Delivery of Expenses Assessments to Finance Lead Team
- Find Potential Risk and Opportunities to deliver expected results
- Manage and control of expenses with different stake holders
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
**Experience Required**
- Experience working in FMCGS
- Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Capable to understand and analyse impacts of business decisions on financial results
- Have strong analytical and numerical skills
- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines
- Proactive and willing to continuous development
- Be an inspiring and engaging individual capable to influence around different areas
- Be driven and ambitious
**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance
- Finance / Economics Major
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, BI reporting
- Fluent English: written and speaking. (Advanced)
