**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
In this role, you will support the overhead finance teams in the United States.
We are looking for a Planning & Reporting Assistant Manager who will bring innovation, creativity, and a good attitude to our team.
This position is a highly visible and an integral part of the United States Finance team that offers tremendous growth opportunity.
**Reports to**:Planning & Reporting Manager
**Reporting Level**:1-2 direct reports.
**Geographic Scope**:United States.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Develop and sustain strong business partnering relationships across areas such as Information Data & Technology, Human Resources, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs or Legal & External Affairs.
- Prepare monthly forecasting and be responsible for the closing processes for overheads.
- Support cross functional teams in setting strategy and providing scenario analyses, budgets, cash flow impacts and CAPEX.
- Develop robust financial analytics and reporting for the organization.
- Support business case preparation.
- Track actuals, coordinate with other entities and the Tax department, process recharges and prepare vouchers.
Responsible for various monthly reconciliations and trend analyses.
- Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls.
- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department improvement.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
**
- Do you have 3 or 5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area?
- Are you fluent in English?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area.
- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics.
- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area
